Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

You can’t prevent accidents from happening. But you can ensure your family doesn’t suffer financially from them.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance will provide a benefit payment of up to $1,000,000 if your death is accidental.

But perhaps even more important than death benefits, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance will provide you with financial assistance should you survive a serious accident. There are many expenses associated with a permanent disability that are not covered by health insurance. Home renovations, special equipment or transportation requirements, or even retraining are often necessary. Benefits from accident insurance mean that your full and productive life can continue, even after a serious injury. And, with low premium rates that do not increase as you age, you can have this extra protection for only pennies a day.

Insure your spouse and children as well with the Member and Family Plan. One low premium rate protects the entire family.
